Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere with some nice perks, like fresh roses each day, but there are significant downsides with the outdated and poorly maintained rooms. The service varied, with some staff being friendly while others were less helpful. The location is a bit too far from central attractions, and dining options had issues, especially with flies. Overall, there's potential, but the hotel needs some serious updates to meet modern standards.
The hotel offers a pleasant stay, with clean and spacious rooms overlooking the 18th hole, though I was a bit disappointed with the limited English TV channels and the lingering smell of tobacco in one of the rooms. The attentive service provided by the staff, especially Amal and Lamyaa, truly made a difference. The location is somewhat far from town, which helps in escaping the city hustle, but it's perfect for golf enthusiasts. Dining was average, with some issues during breakfast, but the open-air setting near the pool added a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and palm trees, perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean and comfortable, yet I did find the limited English TV channels a bit disappointing. The staff, led by Mr. Matiri, was friendly and attentive, making my experience enjoyable. However, the dining options were underwhelming, resembling more of a school meal than a hotel buffet. Overall, it's a great spot with some room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While it boasts a beautiful location surrounded by date palms and olive trees, and the staff, especially Kamal at the pool bar, were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms left much to be desired with some unpleasant odors and outdated furniture. The dining experience was hampered by a bee issue near the buffet, and the price was reasonable, but the quality could be improved.
I had a wonderful stay with clean, comfortable rooms and truly friendly staff, which made me feel welcomed. The location allowed easy access to some beautiful spots, but the limited dining options were a bit disappointing. Overall, I found great value for money, and the exceptional service made up for a few shortcomings.
